2 Tbsp butter
3-4 cloves garlic, minced (or crushed garlic)
1/2 onion diced real small
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 - 1 pound cooked chicken, diced tiny (whatever’s leftover)
about 1 pound cooked pasta
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Melt butter in large saucepan, throw in garlic and onion. Cook until onion is soft.

I don’t personally write action films but if I were going to there are certain steps I would take to really make each sequence pop:
First off it doesn’t matter how amazing a sequence is, if it’s six to eight lines back to back it’s going to turn the person reading your script off. Especially if they pop open your script hoping to read an action film.
