Musings from a young Hollywood professional

Have you ever talked to a film student about bad movies? You really should.

NaNoWriMo? Why not write a screenplay!

So I have a fair amount of followers who are aspiring screen and television writers, I believe. So to here, I want to pose a challenge to you!

Everyone knows that November is National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), and I say, lets all work on completing a screenplay in that time.

That means, to finish a 90-110 page screenplay in 30 days, you need to write 3-4 pages a day. That’s it

We can totally do that, right?

So lets see how many people we can get, and maybe do a screenplay exchange afterwards. Give each other some critiques on the work, get a mini workshop going.

(my handle on the Nanowrimo site is WriterLyn.  Add me there!)
